Making a Purchase
You must only purchase products for domestic and private use and not for any purposes associated with commercial or professional activities.
Due to the limited availability of our products, from time to time we may restrict the number of items you can purchase from the Website in a given time period. We may place further restriction on the number of Special Edition products that you can purchase. Any such restrictions will be stated on the relevant product page. Any orders that exceed these limits will be cancelled and refunded.
Once your order has been received, we will issue you with an order number by email. This order number is supplied for reference purposes only and does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
Your order is an offer by you to purchase the product(s) ordered from us. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the products that you ordered from us and our acceptance will only relate to the products dispatched and not any other products included in your order. We may refuse to accept or fulfil any order in our absolute discretion. If payment is taken before products are dispatched and the order is subsequently not accepted in full, the payment will be refunded for any elements of the order that are not accepted. Please note that refunds will not cover any fees that may be imposed by your bank or finance provider.
Delivery of Products Direct to Home
We are not able to deliver orders to mail forwarding, mail hotel or P.O. Box addresses.
Delivery of products direct to home will be made to the delivery address supplied by you (provided this address complies with the conditions above) at the time of ordering, using the delivery method selected by you. We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses that do not comply with the conditions above.
Once we have delivered any product to you, risk in that product passes to you and you are responsible for its security.
WHERE TO BUY
Please be aware that customers outside of the UK or EEA may incur additional customs duties or taxes or other customs requirements. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Orders placed after midday (Monday to Friday) in the UK will aim to ship the next business day. Please note we do not despatch orders on the weekend.

All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent.
UK - Standard Shipments will be sent via Royal Mail and Express Orders will usually be sent via DPD or a priority Royal Mail service.
Spanish Orders will be sent via Correos.
International orders will typically be sent via UPS or DHL.
Please note: all first orders that are going to a separate delivery address may take longer to process. We advise that all first orders should go to your Billing or Business address.
If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office. The courier has the right to attempt a delivery to a nearby neighbour, rather than redelivering the next day.
CHPT3 reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the courier’s fee.
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly. We will not hold any responsibility for this parcel, i.e. the customer will have to try to retrieve the parcel themselves, at their cost.
Delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of the date of delivery. All orders are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK/EU/European customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of the dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after these 7 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen. For rest of world customers, this is 14 days.
If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing, you must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their investigation. Any damaged boxes must be signed for as ‘damaged’ at delivery. Where possible sign with the word ‘damaged + your name’ in the signature box. You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and / or product. Photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
