Match Millar's TdF Stage-winning distance and win.

2012. Millar Time. Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to Annonay-Davézieux

The longest stage of the race. 226km of what race organisers called “medium mountains” but what, to most of us, would be enough climbing for a week. 5 hours 42 minutes 46 seconds of riding in a break, waiting for the perfect moment to pounce. That year, David Millar was riding for Garmin. He took a famous stage win that day. To celebrate that ride, we’re challenging you to replicate it yourself over the final weekend of this year’s Tour. Don’t worry, we aren’t asking you to do it all in one go, at the same speed, with the same tactical cat and mouse with your riding companions.

You can do it, however, you want, wherever you want, as fast as you want.

Ride 226km in 48hours between July 17 & 18, the final weekend of the 2021 Tour De France.

That’s it, that’s the only rule.

Upload your ride and share on social media using whichever platform you prefer. We would, of course, highly recommend Garmin Connect. Share your ride on social media. You can do this however you want, through a direct share link or a screenshot.
