Finally, one New York style pizza place in Paris. This young restaurant is making a name for itself by offering delicious and comforting pizzas in the purest New York tradition: generous, good quality products, large slices. The pizza is crispy and fluffy with toppings full of flavour. The hip-hop oriented playlist will accompany your beer on the terrace… Be careful though, it gets quickly crowded in the evening, so don’t wait too long.

Ideally located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, just a step away from the trendy Canal Saint-Martin, Sonny’s offers a laid-back atmosphere. The traditional wood-fired cooking, and especially the slow-rising dough make this pizzeria a must.

Go for the classic pepperoni pizza, ask for the special spicy honey supplement. The staff are really cool and bike friendly. See you there.

Halfway between a bar and a restaurant, Déviant’s talented team offers unconventional cuisine to be shared in an unusual venue. The place is open to the street, with a massive central marble counter surrounding the open kitchen. You feel good here.

Wine has always been a big deal in France. With no surprise, Paris is full of wine bars. Natural wine has become increasingly important in the French capital. Déviant has emerged as a temple of natural and biodynamic wines. You are certain to find a wine you like.

Let’s talk about the food, as they like to say “Sharing is caring!” So the best thing to do is to order lots of dishes to share so you can try the whole menu. Don’t miss the tempura-style courgette flower beignets or the seafood ceviche, so delicious. The lamb is just “divine” served with salicorne and fresh mint.

If you can, save room for the tropezienne, you won’t regret it. Déviant is a friendly place like few others in Paris. Go for a drink, stay for the sumptuous tapas. For sanitary reasons, we are happy to eat there seated, waiting for the return of the crazy evenings around the counter.

What could be better than a good burger after a ride? A high-calorie meal to recharge your batteries after a fast-paced and challenging bike ride.

A famous smash burger restaurant in Pigalle has opened a temporary pop-up in front of the Palais de Tokyo opposite the Eiffel Tower, right on your way back from the Chevreuse valley or the Rambouillet forest. A ravito with such a view is what it’s all about. The menu is minimalist, choose between a classic cheeseburger and a vegetarian option, home fries, an ice-cream sandwich, beer, natural wines and some frozen mescal..

The spot is a mythical Parisian skate spot. The atmosphere is relaxed; tourists, Parisians, cyclists, skateboarders, workers mix in the minimal decor of the Museum of Modern Art.

The pop-up will be open until 30 September - make sure you don’t miss it. And if you’re going in the evening, don’t forget to look up every hour to see the great iron lady sparkle.
